Two of Scotland’s leading experts in energy systems and policy, Professor Stuart Haszeldine (University of Edinburgh) and Professor Matthew Hannon (University of Strathclyde) give their views on factors influencing the current energy cost crisis and the future of energy policy in Scotland.
